Payment Terms and Methods
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: You can use a credit card when making a reservation on the website. You can also use it on-site to pay for any additional services you have selected.
- Bank Transfer: You can also pay for your reservation (balance) via bank transfer.
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance
We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking for all cottage reservations made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Reservations made less than 30 days in advance
If you make a reservation less than 30 days before the start date of your stay, we require payment of the full rental amount.
We ask that you pay the balance for any reservation no later than 30 days before the start date of your stay.
Payment by Credit Card
If you would like to pay by credit card, we will email you a payment link to settle this balance no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Payment by Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you can request this by email or through the contact form on our website, providing your reservation number and your name. We will then send you the information you need to complete the transfer.
If the remaining balance of your reservation remains unpaid, a reminder email will be automatically sent to you 30 days before your stay. If the balance is not paid at least 7 days before your arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Deposit of Security Deposit
We require a security deposit for all reservations of our vacation rentals. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.
The security deposit can be paid before your arrival via bank transfer. You may also pay the security deposit by check on the day of your arrival if you prefer.
Release of Security Deposit
Within a maximum of 2 days after your stay, we will release this security deposit (in full or in part) based on the results of the checkout inspection. You will be notified in advance once the checkout inspection is complete.
